Estate Agents usually have a reputation of only being interested in selling you a property and once accomplished you’ll never hear from them again. Well, Consuelo Silva certainly does NOT fall into that category.
I first met Consuelo when she worked for Sotogrande S.A, when I first started looking for a property here in Sotogrande. I did not buy anything at that time but kept in touch with Consuelo who was always pleasant and accommodating even though it might have appeared that I was one of those time wasters. A year to eighteen months later I found what I was looking for, through Consuelo of course and we have been friends ever since. I have since had the pleasure to do business with Consuelo and have recommended other people to her and everyone has had the same pleasure doing business with Consuelo. She goes out of her way and has assisted beyond call of duty, which was very important, especially in the beginning before I got to know the area, where everything was and who to call for certain things,
